All services are walked through consultation, either online, on the phone or in person (recommended). This way we can get right to the core of what's most important - what will make you happiest. In order to get things just right, we work with you to find the best shades/pigments, products, and hair to use to fit your needs.
All existing clients and potential clients have continuous support in all beauty services. If you aren't satisfied with your service, let us get it right or contact us for any appointment changes.
No client is obligated to a deposit at this time because we feel that our services guarantee quality and care. We trust you as much as you trust us for your services.
If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a brand ambassador for our line or any services we offer, please contact us with "ambassador inquiry" as your subject line. Models are needed for all types of beauty services for half the cost. Contact us with "model inquiry" as your subject line.
Coming soon we will have a range of cosmetics under our shop section where you will find our very own handmade luxury lashes, makeup, and skin care. All a Queen of Roses ambassador would need to do is help get our brand exposed while staying slayed.

PRIVACY & SAFETY
In all of our locations, we ensure 100% privacy and safety for all clients and service.
For every client service we use all BRAND NEW products and disposable products so there aren't any cross contamination issues. Sterilization, sanitation, and cleanliness is our main priority (aside from keeping you on point). We sterilize all of our tools for every use and dispose of any biohazards.
Regine Rose is BBP (bloodborne pathogen) certified, with an array of background knowledge and experience in medical esthetics.
All records including material handling and new blades are kept confidential and on file. A thorough medical history form, client information form, and waivers are also kept and must be filled to avoid any contraindications.
Training from only the best, the beauty services offered by Queen of Roses, entail satisfaction, safety, and reliability.
Provide legitimate information during registration for contact and payment purposes. A confirmation email and text will be sent out outlining the location, complete day, introductory information, and scheduled date of the course between 1-2 Days after the registrant info is received.
Certification will be titled to the said registrant upon completion of the course under Queen of Roses™ Aesthetic Academy.
When taking any active courses, security deposits must be received at least 2 weeks before the course start date. Payment is accepted via e-transfer, cash, paypal, or debit/credit card. An invoice and receipt will be provided for all payment transactions. For all course training manual PDF material for purchase, payment is accepted online from e-transfer, debit/credit cards using Stripe or Paypal.

Liability insurance will be covered only during the course with insurance referral packages available for purchase if requested. Information for municipal Public Health code will also be provided.
